Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an actinic-ray-curable lithographic printing ink which exhibits satisfactory adhesion to plastic films to give ink layers that undergo no decrease in adhesion performance even when treated with hot water. The actinic-ray-curable lithographic printing ink of the present invention includes (a) a polyurethane and (b) a polymerizable monomer.
