Disclosed is an active energy ray-curable composition which comprises a (meth)acryl (meth)acrylate having an active energy ray-curable functional group, a polyfunctional compound having a plurality of active energy ray-curable functional groups and a photopolymerization initiator. The (meth)acryl (meth)acrylate is synthesized by reacting a (meth)acrylic resin, which is obtained by polymerizing a monomer mixture comprising a first monomer and a second monomer, with a third monomer. The first monomer is a lipophilic monomer having an alkyl group or a cycloalkyl group which shows a hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) determined by Davies' method of 4.5 or lower. The content of the lipophilic monomer in the monomer mixture is 30 mass% or more. The second monomer is a (meth)acrylic monomer having a first reactive functional group. The third monomer has a second reactive functional group capable of reacting with the first reactive functional group and an active energy ray-curable functional group.
