Abstract:
An active and passive switchable wearable lower limb load-bearing exoskeleton, relating to the field of medical devices, and comprising a back support apparatus (1), a hip joint (2), a hip joint drive module (22), a knee joint drive module, a control module (12), a thigh part (3), a calf part (4), an ankle joint (5), and a sole apparatus (52); the back support apparatus (1), the hip joint (2), the thigh part (3), the calf part (4), the ankle joint (5), and the sole apparatus (52) constitute the main body of the exoskeleton, the hip joint drive module (22) and the knee joint drive module being detachably connected to the main body, and being used for driving the hip joint (2) and the knee joint of the main body to move; the knee joint drive module is a knee joint active drive module (23) or a knee joint passive drive module (24), and the actions of the hip joint drive module (22) and the knee joint active drive module (23) are controlled by the control module (12). The drive modes of the hip and knee joint can be freely switched on the basis of the actual use of the exoskeleton, in order to make the structure of the exoskeleton compact and lightweight to fit wear by users of different body types, increasing the comfort of wear and providing reliable support and assistance.
