Abstract:
The present invention provides a lithium ion battery positive electrode active substance, consisting of a lithium iron phosphate material having an olivine structure and a ternary material having a layered structure, the content of the lithium iron phosphate material being 60-99%, the content of the ternary material being 1%-40%, all the percentages being mass percentages. An upper limit voltage range is controlled to be 3.8-4.0 V when batteries are normally used; and when certain capacity attenuation occurs in a system, the battery voltage can be increased to be within a voltage range of larger than or equal to 4.1 V and smaller than or equal to 4.4 V for activation treatment, and under an activation voltage, the lithium-rich ternary material can perform battery lithium supplementing directing at the problem of loss of active lithium after using and ageing of batteries, thereby prolonging the overall service life of the batteries.
