Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a technique which enables avoiding reductions in control accuracy of actuators in an actuator unit that is configured by stacking multiple actuators. Each actuator configuring the actuator unit is provided with a linear motor which moves a shaft along the axial direction thereof inside of a housing. Further, in the actuator unit, the multiple actuators are stacked such that the positions of the linear motors in two mutually adjacent actuators do not overlap.
