Abstract:
This actuator (A) is provided with an aluminum alloy cylinder (1), a bottom part (2) which closes one end of the cylinder (1), a cylindrical inner rod (3) which is inserted into the cylinder (1) and which together with the cylinder (1) forms an annular space (S), a piston rod (4) which is cylindrical and closed at one end, and which slides on the outer periphery of the inner rod (3) to define an extension-side chamber (R1) in conjunction with the inner rod (3), and a piston (5) which is provided on the piston rod (4) and slides on the inner periphery of the cylinder (1), defining a pressure-side chamber (R2) between the cylinder (1) and the piston rod (4), wherein the bottom part (2) has a through hole (2d) which communicates with the annular space (S), and the cylinder (1) has a film (1a) on the inner periphery, formed by surface treatment using an electrolyte.
