Abstract:
This actuator comprises: an attachment member which is configured to include a coil; a movable element which has a magnet so disposed as to face the coil and which is to be displaced with respect to the attachment member when the coil is electrified; an elastic support; and a buffer material. The elastic support comprises: an attachment member-side fixed part which is fixed to the attachment member; a movable element-side fixed part which is fixed to the movable element; and a deformation part which connects between the attachment member-side fixed part and the movable element-side fixed part. The buffer material is disposed between the attachment member and the deformation part, and gets deformed in response to flexural deformation of the deformation part.
