Abstract:
Provided are acyloxyphosphine oxime ester compounds represented by formula 1 and formula 2, wherein variables are as defined in the specification. Such compounds exhibit good photosensitive absorption in the range of 300-550 nm, especially 365-450 nm, and can, after absorbing light energy, quickly crack to produce active free radicals, which continuously initiate polymerization. The compounds have significant advantages in terms of photosensitivity as well as good thermal stability and solubility, and are thus suitable for use as photoinitiators for deep curing of UV-VIS LED light sources. Also provided are a method for preparing the acyloxyphosphine oxime ester compounds represented by formula 1 and formula 2 and use thereof. Such compounds can be used as photoinitiators, and are particularly suitable for deep curing of long-wavelength UV-VIS LED light sources.
