Abstract:
An additive manufacturing method comprising: a step for measuring a filler metal feeding speed at which filler metal is sent to a weld torch when forming a welding bead; a step for determining a reference weld speed which is the moving speed of the weld torch corresponding to the measured filler metal feeding speed; a step for measuring the height of the formed welding bead; a step for determining, in accordance with a difference between the height of the measured welding bead and the height of the filler metal at a distal end thereof protruding from the distal end of the weld torch, a weld speed correction value for adjusting the height of a welding bead about to be formed; a step for correcting the reference weld speed with the weld speed correction value to determine a weld speed for forming the welding bead; and a step for forming the welding bead at the determined weld speed.
