Abstract:
Provided are an adhesive tape or sheet that have favorable characteristics in terms of prevention of static charge, chip fly-off during dicing, workability during pickup and adhesive residues. The adhesive tape or sheet have an adhesive layer comprising 0.3-10 parts by weight of polyether polyol compound and 0.005-2 parts by weight of at least one kind of alkali metal salt with respect to 100 parts by weight of an acrylic adhesive made of a copolymer of: methyl acrylate monomers, ethyl acrylate monomers, or methyl acrylate monomers and ethyl acrylate monomers; acrylic acid monomers; and 2-ethylhexyl acrylate monomers.
