Abstract:
Provided are: an adhesive for which reductions in adhesive force upon contact with oil or an alcohol component are suppressed; and an adhesive tape that includes the adhesive. This adhesive exhibits adhesion by being pressed and includes: an acrylic polymer that has an acid functional group; and a crystalline resin that has a melting point of at least 25°C. According to one embodiment, the adhesive exhibits adhesion by being heated. According to one embodiment, the acrylic polymer that has an acid functional group has a structural unit a that is derived from a (meth)acrylate alkyl ester that has a straight-chain or branched alkyl group that has at least four carbons.
