Abstract:
The present invention is provided with a recognition camera (4) for recognizing at least one component to be adjusted (1), an image processing device (7) for processing an image which has been captured by the recognition camera, an illumination source (5) which is connected to the recognition camera and emits light upon the component, a stage (2) which supports the component, a detection unit (7) for detecting position and orientation using the light emitted from the illumination source upon the component, adjustment units (21 and 22) for adjusting the position or orientation of the component on the basis of the detection results, and a switch unit for switching between widths for the beam of light emitted from the illumination source upon the component.
