Abstract:
An aerosol generating system, comprising: an aerosol generator, a first-stage sorting assembly (2) for sorting out aerosol particles having a particle size of r1, and a second-stage sorting assembly (3) for sorting out aerosol particles having a particle size of r2, wherein the first-stage sorting assembly (2) comprises a first-stage sorting cavity (20) and a pair of electrode plates (21), an inlet of the first-stage sorting cavity (20) is in communication with an outlet of the aerosol generator, and a channel through which the aerosol particles pass is formed between the pair of electrode plates (21); and the second-stage sorting assembly (3) comprises a second-stage sorting cavity (30), and an inlet of the second-stage sorting cavity (30) is in communication with an outlet of the first-stage sorting cavity (20). Two-stage sorting is used to sort aerosol particles by particle size, so that a filter material testing apparatus meets the requirements of particle sizes of different standards; and the output of aerosols with different particle sizes and different concentrations is achieved by means of adjusting the voltage of the electrode plates (21), the length of the electrode plates, or the size and distance of a mechanical sorting plate. The aerosol generating system has the advantages of a simple structure, convenient adjustment, the capability to meet various requirements, etc., thereby fully achieving multiple purposes of one machine.
