Abstract:
A high-speed transmission cable having a novel structure, composed of single core wires. Each core wire comprises two single wires and a cladding layer wrapping the two single wires; each single wire comprises a central conductor and an insulating layer wrapping the central conductor; the insulating layer is wrapped by an inner sheath layer; the inner sheath layer is wrapped by a shielding layer; the shielding layer is wrapped by a tape; and drain wires are provided between the shielding layer and the tape, and are oppositely provided on either side of the shielding layer. Compared with the prior art, by means of the configuration of the inner sheath layer and the tape, each single wire is formed by means of two hollow tube extrusions, and each single wire is wrapped and fixed, so that the single wire has better stability during use; and in a structure having multiple pairs of core wires, the multiple pairs of core wires are divided into internal cable cores at a middle portion and external cable cores at an external portion, and the external cable cores are twisted and tightly attached to the internal cable cores, so that the cable achieves small deformation during use, thereby having more stable output performance.
