Abstract:
An air-charged waterproof warm-keeping fabric comprises a surface layer (1) and a bottom layer (2). The surface layer (1) comprises a first polyurethane film layer (11), a first base cloth layer (12) and a bamboo charcoal fiber layer (13) that are sequentially disposed from the top to the bottom. The bottom layer (2) comprises a polytetrafluorethylene microporous film layer (21), a second base cloth layer (22) and a second polyurethane film layer (23) that are sequentially disposed from the top to the bottom. A sandwiched space is formed between the bamboo charcoal fiber layer (13) and the polytetrafluorethylene microporous film layer (21), and the bamboo charcoal fiber layer (13) and the polytetrafluorethylene microporous film layer (21) are connected by means of a plurality of adhesive joints (3), and the adjacent adhesive joints (3) divide the sandwiched space into air channels (4) that are in communication with each other. The air-charged waterproof warm-keeping fabric is light, convenient and comfortable, and has good waterproof, air-pervious warm-keeping functions.
