The present invention relates to the field of household appliances, and in particular, to an air circulating device, an air purifier, and an air humidifier. The air circulating device comprises a support base, a fan, a centrifugal wind wheel, a volute casing, and a driving mechanism; an air hole is formed in the support base; the volute casing is rotatably connected to the support base, a through hole communicated with the air hole is formed in the end of the volute casing close to the support base, and a side surface of the volute casing is provided with an air outlet; a mounting portion is provided in the air hole, and multiple connecting ribs are connected between the mounting portion and the inner side wall of the air hole; the fan is fixed on the mounting portion, and a main shaft of the fan passes through the through hole and extends into the volute casing, the centrifugal wind wheel is fixedly connected onto the main shaft of the fan, and the centrifugal wind wheel is located in the volute casing; the driving mechanism is connected to the volute casing for rotation of the volute casing. When the volute casing rotates, the fan is kept fixed all the time, and thus the problem of wire winding is avoided, thereby simplifying the overall structure and reducing production and manufacturing costs.
