Abstract:
A hover button sensor unit, comprising: a power supply circuit (5-1), a capacitive sensor, a capacitance-to-digital converter (CDC) circuit (3), a control module, an acousto-optic feedback control circuit (5-3), and a communication circuit (5-2). The capacitive sensor comprises a center electrode (1-1) and a peripheral electrode (1-2) which are arranged in an inverted T shape. The CDC circuit (3) measures self-capacitance and mutual capacitance of the center electrode (1-1) and the peripheral electrode (1-2) after a human finger approaches, to determine whether the finger enters an area range and calculate a stay duration, so that a control module outputs a control logic signal of a button; whether the human finger is close to a valid hover trigger area range of the upper part of a certain center electrode (1-1) is detected by means of the button formed by the sensor unit, and the acousto-optic feedback control circuit (5-3) provides a three-state response to the human finger entering the valid hover trigger area range of the upper part of a certain center electrode (1-1). The technical solution is reasonable in structural design, can effectively resist various interference, fully utilizes a low-cost and mature CDC chip technology of capacitance detection, and provides a commercialized technical solution which can be popularized for hygienically sensitive areas.
