Abstract:
An air circulation-type electric roaster has a cross-flow fan, has, in a first side wall and a second side wall that face each other in a first direction, each of an air suction port for suctioning air above a cooking plate and an air discharge port for discharging the air onto the cooking plate, the first side wall and the second side wall being coupled to a body so as to form each of the portions of an air suction passage and an air discharge passage, and has, at the inner wall of the body with which the air suctioned through the air suction port of the air suction passage collides and changes direction, a holder for separably fixing an air purification member coming in contact with the air suctioned through the air suction port, wherein the cross-flow fan suctions the air having passed through the air suction passage in the direction perpendicular to a rotary shaft and discharges same in the direction perpendicular to the rotary shaft.
