Abstract:
[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to minimize functional deterioration of a refrigerator oil and reduce the possibility of decreases in the reliability of an air conditioner. [Solution] The present invention comprises a refrigeration cycle in which a refrigerant containing trifluoroiodomethane circulates and which has the following sealed therein: a refrigerator oil; and a deteriorated substance-capturing material that is capable of adsorbing and thereby capturing hydrogen iodide generated together with deterioration of the trifluoroiodomethane in the refrigerant, said deteriorated substance-capturing material being capable of capturing hydrogen iodide with a mass of 0.0037 times or less the mass of the refrigerator oil.
