Abstract:
A semiconductor integrated circuit device, wherein a plurality of standard cells arranged in the X direction have a logic function, and comprise: a first standard cell (INV_A) equipped with a transistor which has channel sections (21, 22) which extend in the X-direction; and a second standard cell (2) in which signal wiring (71, 72) is arranged which extends in the X-direction. The signal wiring (71, 72) is formed in an embedded wiring layer and overlaps the channel sections (21, 22) in the Y-direction.
