An air conditioning compressor for a dual-power vehicle and a control method therefor. The air conditioning compressor for a dual-power vehicle comprises a compressor housing (1), belt wheels (2), an end cover (4), and a planetary gear decelerator (6), a motor (5), and a scroll compressor (3) sequentially provided in the compressor housing (1), and further comprises a control system used for controlling the belt wheels (2), the planetary gear decelerator (6), the motor (5), and the scroll compressor (3). The motor (5) is coaxial with the planetary gear decelerator (6) and a compressor spindle (33). The output ends of the belt wheels (2) are connected to the compressor spindle (33). An output end of the motor (5) is connected to the compressor spindle (33) by means of the planetary gear decelerator (6). The belt wheels (2) and the motor (5) share a group of scrolls, so that the mounting space is reduced and the lightweight compressor is realized on the basis of realizing two drive modes.
