Abstract:
A dried blood spot quantitative acquisition device, comprising: a sample collection tube (1), a sample collection filter paper (3) and a quantitative blood sampling tube (2); the sample collection tube (1) comprises a tube body (1a) and a tube cover (1b); the tube body (1a) is a straight tube, and the tube cover (1b) is used for closing a tube opening (1a2); the quantitative blood sampling tube (2) comprises a quantitative capillary tube (2b) and a fixing member (2a); the quantitative capillary tube (2b) is fixed to the fixing member (2a), and the quantitative capillary tube (2b) is provided with a blood sampling end (2b1) used for blood sampling and exposed outside the fixing member (2a); the fixing member (2a) is snap fitted to the tube opening (1a2), and the quantitative capillary tube (2b) extends into the tube body (1a); the sample collection filter paper (3) is provided within the tube body (1a), and the blood sampling end (2b1) abuts against the sample collection filter paper (3). In addition, a method for acquiring a dried blood spot is provided. An integrated blood sampling device design is adopted, achieving acquisition, drying, transportation, storage and extraction of a sample in the same device, avoiding sample pollution, and improving the accuracy of the quantitative detection result of the dried blood spot.
