Abstract:
An air-conditioning device to be provided to a small vehicle that has a power source that is for a very small electric vehicle or the like and has insufficient capacity to drive an air-conditioning device. An air-conditioning device (12) that has: a cold generating unit (12a) that has a Peltier element (23); a cold storing unit (12b) that has a cold storing material (36) that is contained in an insulating container (35); and a cold radiating unit (12c) that has a radiant cooling radiator (39). While a travel battery is being charged, the cold generating unit (12a) is driven and the cold storing material (36) is solidified. When a vehicle is in use, a coolant is circulated between the cold storing material (36) and the radiant cooling radiator (39), and cold air is blown out of a blowout member (20) by means of a radiant cooling fan (40).
