[Problem] To provide air-conditioning equipment for a prefabricated house, not only allowing a flexible change in floor layout, but also being capable of giving a great deal of satisfaction to residents since the air-conditioning equipment is provided with ample functions and can be installed at low cost. [Solution] This air-conditioning equipment for a prefabricated house is characterized by comprising: a water storage tank having a tabular shape which is laid on the floor surface in an entrance space; a bathroom which is provided at a position adjacent to the entrance space, and which has a built-in bathtub to which a hot-water pipe is connected so as to provide communication with the water storage tank; a water heater and a water supply device which are arranged in appropriate places in the prefabricated house so as to supply hot water and water, respectively, to the water storage tank; and a temperature control device which is attached to the water storage tank so as to control the mixing of the hot water and water to achieve an appropriate temperature. Thus, it is possible to supply the hot water controlled at the appropriate temperature in advance to the bathtub from the water storage tank through the hot-water pipe, and also use the water storage tank as air-conditioning equipment by filling the interior of the water storage tank with hot water or water depending on the season.
