Abstract:
The present utility model relates to an air-cooled double-layer material bed capable of recycling waste heat of wear-resistant ball forging, comprising a cooling chamber, a ball passage provided in the cooling chamber, a cooling fan, and a steel ball lifter. According to the present utility model, on the one hand, by providing the double-layer material bed and upper-layer and lower-layer rails, the waste heat of wear-resistant ball forging can be fully used to preheat a cooled wear-resistant ball before entering a secondary heating system, so that the loss and waste of energy are avoided, and the production cost is reduced; on the other hand, rails for cooling and preheating are stacked up and down, so that the space occupied by the rails is reduced, and thus the structure is simple and the implementation is easy.
