Abstract:
A heat shifting apparatus for forging waste heat of a wear-resistant steel ball, comprising a cooling area (A), a feeding unit (C) provided between a wear-resistant steel ball forging machine (B) and the cooling area (A), an automatic ball arrangement unit (D), and a steel ball lifter (T). According to the heat shifting apparatus, on one hand, by means of the arrangement of a double-layer material bed (1), an upper-layer track (3), and a lower-layer track (2), the forging waste heat of the wear-resistant steel ball can be fully utilized to preheat the wear-resistant steel ball before entering a secondary heating system after cooling, thereby avoiding the loss and waste of energy, and reducing the production cost; and on the other hand, the tracks used for cooling and preheating are stacked up and down, so that the occupied space of the tracks is reduced, the structure is simple, and implementation is convenient.
