An air-cooled refrigeration apparatus, comprising a storage chamber, a refrigeration chamber, an air supply channel, and an air return channel. The air supply channel and the air return channel respectively make the storage chamber and the refrigeration chamber be communicated, so that air circulates between the storage chamber and the refrigeration chamber. The air-cooled refrigeration apparatus further comprises an evaporator disposed in the refrigeration chamber and a cover body. The cover body is formed to be at least a part of the top wall and/or side wall of the refrigeration chamber, the cover body comprises a front side cover and a water guide structure, the front side cover is provided with a plurality of ventilation holes and at least one water guide hole, and the plurality of ventilation holes are communicated with the air return channel; the water guide structure is provided on the top of the front side cover, and the water guide structure is used for guiding liquid flowing onto the front side cover to the water guide hole. The cold storage effect of stored articles is ensured.
