A fixing apparatus for a refrigerant pipe of a refrigeration device, and a refrigeration device. The refrigeration device comprises an inner container and an evaporator arranged in the inner container. The refrigerant pipe is used for introducing a refrigerant into the evaporator and/or leading out the refrigerant in the evaporator. The fixing apparatus comprises a first side shell and a second side shell, and the first side shell and the second side shell are connected together and can pass through a mounting hole formed in the sidewall of the inner container to be fixed to the inner container; the first side shell and the second side shell which are connected together define a pipeline cavity allowing the refrigerant pipe to pass through, and the first side shell and the second side shell which are connected together clamp the refrigerant pipe in the pipeline cavity. The fixing apparatus of the present invention facilitates the mounting of the refrigerant pipe.
