Disclosed is an air cooling structure of an outer rotor electric roller, comprising: a fixing base (27), an end cap assembly, and a stator assembly. The stator assembly comprises a stator sleeve (1), axial rib plates (4), an air deflector structure, a bearing seat (3), a main shaft (9), and a stator coil and iron core component (12); the air deflector structure is connected to the axial rib plates (4) and the main shaft (9), separately; the axial rib plates (4) are respectively connected to the bearing seat (3), the stator sleeve (1), and the main shaft (9); air inlet and outlet passages are arranged on the fixing base (27); air inlet and outlet ports are arranged on the end cap assembly. According to the present invention, a ventilation duct is formed among the stator sleeve (1), the air deflector structure, and the axial rib plates (4) outside the shaft; a fan provided on one end of the main shaft (9) passes the cooling airflow through the fixing base (27) and the end cap assembly, delivers same into the ventilation duct to cool a stator iron core, and then passes same through the ventilation duct outside the shaft. The amount of cooling air flow entering a stator is increased, and the heat-dissipation effect is enhanced, thereby effectively prolonging the service life of the electric roller.
