Abstract:
Disclosed is an air filter device for a fuel cell vehicle in an extremely cold environment, the device comprising a double-rotor disc-type electric motor, wherein the axis of the disc-type electric motor is an inner wall shell (3), the inner wall shell (3) is used for air intake and exhaust, graded dehumidification and harmful gas adsorption, the disc-type electric motor is fixedly connected to a middle wall shell (4), a spiral ridge (14) is arranged on the inner side of the middle wall shell (4), the disc-type electric motor is further fixedly connected to an outer wall shell (5), a resistance wire heating assembly (6) is arranged between the outer wall shell (5) and the middle wall shell (4) and used for melting ice and snow to prevent same from accumulating to block an air channel, a plurality of hole gaps are provided in the bottom end of the outer wall shell (5), and blade protrusions (17) are arranged on the inner side of the bottom face of the outer wall shell. Further disclosed is an air filtration method. The method comprises: enabling air containing various impurities to move downwards from the spiral channel, so that the impurities perform centrifugal movement and fall on the bottom surface of the outer wall shell, and discharging large-particle impurities out of the gaps by means of rotation of the blade protrusions; and then enabling the air to enter the inner wall shell and to be exhausted after being subjected to graded dehumidification and harmful gas absorption removal. The air filter device solves the problems of existing air filters having a poor self-cleaning performance, a filter element being blocked by condensed liquid drops, and an air passage being blocked by ice and snow.
