Abstract:
An air filter, comprising an air inlet (1), an air outlet (2), an upper cylinder (3), a lower cylinder (4), a ceramic ring (5), a cone disk (6), a sewage pipe (7), a spiral piece (8), an oil drain pipe (9), a rough filter element (10), a fine filter element (11) and a bracket (12), wherein, the air outlet (2) is connected to the center position above the upper cylinder (3), the rough filter element (10) is located inside the upper cylinder (3) and connected to the upper portion of the upper cylinder (3), the fine filter element (11) is located inside the upper cylinder (3) and is located on the periphery of the rough filter element (10), the oil drain pipe (9) is connected below the fine filter element (11), the lower cylinder (4) is connected below the upper cylinder (3), the air inlet (1) is connected to the right side of the lower cylinder (4), the ceramic ring (5) is connected to the upper portion inside the lower cylinder (4), four spiral pieces (8) are respectively connected on both sides of the ceramic ring (5), the cone disk (6) is connected inside the lower cylinder (4) and located below the ceramic ring (5), the sewage pipe (7) is connected to the outer bottom end of the lower cylinder (4), the bracket (12) is connected to both sides of the bottom of the lower cylinder (4), and the ceramic ring (5) is a cylinder. After the air flows into the air filter, further filtering is performed by the fine filter element (11) to effectively prevent the passage of large dust, thereby improving the filtering effect of the air filter.
