Abstract:
Provided is a hammer type crushing mill, which comprises a material inlet (1), a feeding inserting plate (2), a draught fan outer shell (3), a fan blade (4), a wind adjusting damper (5), cutter chains (6), a material blocking bar (7), hammer heads (8), a lining plate (9), a machine shell (10), a machine frame (11), a bearing base (12), a belt wheel (13) and a wind return opening (14). The bearing base (12) is connected with the left end and the right end of the upper part of the machine frame (11). The belt wheel (13) is connected with the left end of the bearing base (12). The machine shell (10) is connected with the position, located on the inner side of the machine frame (11), of the bearing base (12). The draught fan outer shell (3) is longitudinally connected with the right end of the bearing base (12). The fan blade (4) is located within the draught fan outer shell (3). The wind adjusting damper (5) is connected with the right side of the draught fan outer shell (3). The material inlet (1) is connected with the upper portion of the machine shell (10). The feeding inserting plate (2) is connected with the interior of the material inlet (1). The wind return opening (14) is connected with the left side of the material inlet (1). The material blocking bar (7) is longitudinally connected with the bearing base (12) and located on the right side of the interior of the machine shell (10). The two cutter chains (6) are respectively connected with the upper end and the lower end of the material blocking bar (7). The six hammer heads (8) are respectively and longitudinally connected with the upper side and the lower side of the bearing base (12). The upper side and the lower side of the bearing base (12) are each connected with three hammer heads (8). The lining plate (9) is connected with the inner wall of the machine shell (10). The hammer type crushing mill is good in material crushing effect.
