Abstract:
This air flow rate measurement device comprises: a housing (30) having a base surface (41), a back surface (42), a first side surface (51), a second side surface (52), a flow rate flow channel inlet (431), a flow rate flow channel outlet (432), flow rate flow channels (43, 44), and a physical quantity flow channel inlet (500); an air flow rate detection unit (75); a substrate (76); and a physical quantity detection unit (81) mounted on a substrate surface (761). The physical quantity flow channel inlet includes a first inner surface (61), a second inner surface (62), a third inner surface (63), and a fourth inner surface (64). The physical quantity detection unit outputs a signal indicating the physical quantity of air flowing through a substrate flow channel (90). The substrate, the first inner surface, the third inner surface, or the fourth inner surface reduces the flow channel area of the substrate flow channel in a direction from the base surface to the back surface.
