Abstract:
Provided is an air fryer capable of avoiding liquid leakage at the bottom of the pot. An outer cover (2) is arranged on an upper part of a shell (1). An inner pot (6) is arranged inside a thermal insulation shell (3); also provided are a stirring device, a positioning slot (32) and a clamping slot (33). A heating device (4) is arranged below the inner pot (6). The insulation shell (3) encloses the heating device (4). The stirring device is a split structure. A driving part of the stirring device is installed inside the outer cover (2), and a stirring part of the stirring device is installed in the middle of the inner pot (6). The positioning slot (32) and the slot (33) are arranged on the surface of the heat insulation shell (3). The heating device (4) is a heating tube. Two ends of the heating device (4) are fixed on the heat insulation shell (3) through the positioning slot (32), and the remainder of the heating tube is fixed by means of a screw fastening method. A plurality of heat dissipation through holes (31) are arranged in the middle of the heat insulation shell (3). The heating device (4) drives the air under the heat insulation shell (3) to flow by means of an air supply assembly (52), causing the heated air inside the heat insulation shell (3) to flow towards a heat transfer passage (51) through said heat dissipation through holes (31) and into the inner pot (6). The air fryer can achieve efficient mixing, so that food is heated evenly, without leakage from the bottom of the pot or overflow from the upper part of the pot.
