Abstract:
A binding authentication method for a fingerprint algorithm library and a fingerprint sensor, and a fingerprint recognition system. The binding authentication method for the fingerprint algorithm library and the fingerprint sensor comprises the following steps: a host terminal generating random data; the fingerprint sensor acquiring the random data, and encrypting the random data to obtain encrypted data; the host terminal reading the encrypted data from the fingerprint sensor, and decrypting the encrypted data to obtain decrypted data; the host terminal comparing the random data and the decrypted data, determining whether the random data is consistent with the decrypted data, and if the random data is consistent with the decrypted data, determining that the binding authentication between the fingerprint algorithm library and the fingerprint sensor is successful. The described binding authentication method for a fingerprint algorithm library and a fingerprint sensor requires that a fingerprint algorithm library of a manufacturer must be used in cooperation with a fingerprint sensor of the same manufacturer; otherwise an algorithm cannot work normally when used with a fingerprint sensor from other manufacturers, avoiding misuse.
