Abstract:
An air intake port joint (10) of a dry vacuum pump (1) is provided with an outer pipe (21) provided with an upper flange (23) and a lower flange (22) at upper/lower ends. A product recovery concavity (28) that opens upward is formed on the inside of the outer pipe (21), between the outer pipe (21) and an inner pipe (26). The air intake port joint (10) provided with a product recovery function can be mounted on an air intake port (6), in a manner similar to work to mount an existing pipe joint. Unlike external mounting of a product recovery device that has large dimensions, there is no need to ensure an extensive installation space, so there is no need to make changes to the layout or the like for external piping (7) connected to the air intake port (6). The invention has excellent maintenance properties and makes it easy to recover product that has accumulated in the interior simply by taking the external piping off of the air intake port joint.
