Abstract:
An air-suction garlic orienting and seeding device, comprising a seed chamber shell (1), a seed suction chamber shell (2), a seed suction disc (3), a sealing ring (4), an orienting elastic piece (7), an inner orienting needle (8), an outer orienting needle (9), an image collector (10), a rotary orienting device, an image recognition control unit, a transmission shaft (5), and a transmission chain wheel (6). The seed chamber shell (1) and the seed suction chamber shell (2) are fixedly connected; the seed suction disc (3) is provided between the seed chamber shell (1) and the seed suction chamber shell (2); the sealing ring (4) is provided between the seed suction disc (3) and the seed suction chamber shell (2); a suction tube (13) is provided on the seed suction chamber shell (2); multiple seed suction through holes are uniformly formed along the circumference of the seed suction disc (3); the orienting elastic piece (7), the inner orienting needle (8), the outer orienting needle (9), the image collector (10), and the rotary orienting device are sequentially arranged in an orienting area of the seed suction disc (3) along center circles of the seed suction through holes anticlockwise; one end of the transmission shaft (5) is fixedly connected to the center of the seed suction disc (3), the other end is fixedly connected to the transmission chain wheel (6), and the middle of the transmission shaft (5) is supported on the seed suction chamber shell (2) by means of a bearing.
