An air-supported building, comprising a membrane body (200) which is provided with a pipe wall (410) on the inner side thereof, the pipe wall (410) and the membrane body (200) together forming an inner ventilation duct (201), the pipe wall (410) being provided with, at the portion that has a remote distance from the bottom, a plurality of vents (411) spaced apart from one another. An externally connected air duct structure (500) of the air-supported building comprises an externally connected air duct (510), suspenders (530) and balance bars (540); one end of each suspender (530) is connected to a suspending point (220) that is provided on the inner side of the membrane body (200), and the other end thereof is connected to the balance bar (540); the balance bars (540) are connected to the externally connected air duct (510); one end of the externally connected air duct (510) is in communication with a port (412) on the pipe wall (410); and the periphery of the externally connected air duct (510) is provided with a plurality of air duct vents (511). The air-supported building enables the inflated hot air or cool air to be uniformly distributed, and the externally connected air duct is more stable and firm.
