Abstract:
An airport guide robot according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a map management module for storing airport map data; a camera for capturing an image; a communication unit for transmitting and receiving data; an imaging processor for processing an image; a display unit for outputting the image processed by the image processor; a driving unit for moving the airport guide robot; and a control unit for controlling an operation of the airport guide robot, wherein, when a route guidance request signal is received, the control unit controls the airport guide robot such that, while the robot moves along a calculated moving route from a current location to a destination on the basis of the airport map data, an image of a given area on the moving route, captured by controlling the camera, is output to the display unit in real time.
