Abstract:
An airtight terminal (10) is provided with: lead members (11) formed of a conductive material; an outer annular base that holds the lead members (11); insulating members (13) which are respectively disposed between each lead member (11) and the outer annular base (12) and which provide insulation between each lead member (11) and the outer annular base (12); and a cover member (14a) which is fixed to at least one side of the outer annular base (12). An end portion of the lead member (11) has an exposed portion (15) which is exposed from the insulating member (13). The cover member (14a) has a wall portion (14b) that surrounds the exposed portion (15) of the lead member (11).
