Abstract:
The present invention relates to an all-in-one kit including a biological specimen pretreatment and molecular diagnosis module for detection of on-site pathogens, the all-in-one kit being characterized by comprising: a kit body of which a sample specimen injection port is formed in a part of the kit body for pretreatment and molecular diagnosis so as to provide a space in which a sample specimen to which magnetic particles are bound is injected, received, and analyzed; a residue removal module which is provided in the kit body so as to receive the sample specimen injected through the sample specimen injection port, and remove residue from the received sample specimen by using magnetism; a concentration dissolution module which is provided in the kit body and is connected to the residue removal module so as to concentrate the sample specimen from which the residue is removed through the residue removal module to a set concentration level, and dissolve and extract a gene required for molecular diagnosis from the concentrated sample specimen; and a gene analysis module which is provided in the kit body and is connected to the concentration dissolution module so as to amplify the gene extracted through the concentration dissolution module through a PCR reaction within a set time for analysis, wherein a capillary phenomenon is used for the movement of the gene from the concentration dissolution module to the gene analysis module.
