Abstract:
An all-position consumable electrode arc-laser double-sided hybrid welding device, composed of a consumable electrode arc welding power source (1), a wire feeding system (3), an optical fiber laser system (16), all-position welding tractors (6, 10), guide rails (7, 9), a welding gun adjusting mechanism (5), an automatic weld joint tracking system (13), and a control system. Symmetrical double-sided welding is performed on the two sides of a workpiece by consumable electrode arcs and optical fiber laser. Also provided is a welding method using the double-sided hybrid welding device. According to the welding device, by using an arc heating effect, the laser absorption rate of metal can be increased, and the keyhole stability and the laser energy utilization rate in a metal laser welding process are increased; by using a heat accumulation area effect formed during laser and arc symmetrical heating, heat is not prone to loss, the fusion depth of laser and arc welding can be greatly increased, and efficient and high-quality connection of medium-thick-wall pipelines is achieved.
