Abstract:
This aluminum alloy sheet (10) with a lubrication film is provided with an aluminum alloy sheet 1 and a water-soluble lubrication film (2) formed on the surface thereof at 0.01-10 g/m2. In an absorbance spectrum obtained by Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometry of the surface on which the lubrication film (2) is formed, the area A of a peak above a base line from 2500-3000 cm-1, the area B of a peak above a base line from 978-1217 cm-1 and the area C of a peak above a base line from 3300-3400 cm-1 satisfy B/A of 0.1-10 and C/A of 0.001-0.5. The sodium content of the surface on which the lubrication film (2) is formed is less than 5 at%, as determined by glow discharge optical emission spectroscopy.
