Abstract:
The present technology relates to an image pickup device, a display system, and a display method, whereby visibility can be improved. The image pickup device is provided with an image pickup unit, and a light control element, which is disposed at a position intersecting the optical axis of the image pickup unit, and which changes light transmittance or light reflectance when predetermined conditions are met. The present technology can be applied to display systems for vehicles.
