Abstract:
An aluminum plastic film for encapsulating a lithium battery and a preparing method thereof. The aluminum plastic film comprises, from top to bottom, a polyurethane fiber layer, an aluminum foil layer and a polypropylene heat sealing layer. The aluminum foil layer is adhered onto the polypropylene heat sealing layer, the polyurethane fibers are adhered onto the aluminum foil layer. The polyurethane fiber layer and the aluminum foil layer are adhered using a modified polyolefin adhesive, and the aluminum foil and the polypropylene heat sealing layer are adhered using a polyurethane adhesive. The modified polyolefin adhesive comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-5 parts of alpha methyl styrene dimer, 1-3 parts of benzoyl peroxide, 15-25 parts of modified epoxide resin, 20-30 parts of polyolefin, 1-5 parts of curing agent, 0.5-3 parts of antioxidant, 1-3 parts of defoamer, 1-5 parts of cross-linking agent, and 20-40 parts of a solvent. The aluminum plastic film has excellent barrier performance, ductility and corrosion resistance, and has excellent aluminum leakage prevention effect with heat-sealing sols.
