Abstract:
A first transistor M1 has a control terminal to which a first input signal is supplied and which is connected between the other end of a current source 18, and a first node N1. A second transistor M2 has a control terminal to which a second input signal is supplied and which is connected between the other end of the current source, and a second node N2. A third transistor M3 is connected between the first node and a second fixed voltage node N2. A fourth transistor M4 is connected between the second node and the second fixed voltage node. A first capacitor element C1 is connected between the control terminal of the third transistor and the first node. A second capacitor element C2 is connected between the control terminal of the fourth transistor and the second node. The transconductance of the first transistor is the same as or less than the transconductance of the third transistor. The transconductance of the second transistor is the same as or less than the transconductance of the fourth transistor.
