Abstract:
This analysis device calculates a transmission distance of radio waves transmitted from a reference point. The analysis device plots a plurality of virtual points spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval on a line in a space from a reference point to an initial reception point spaced apart from the reference point by a transmission distance, and specifies a plurality of ridge candidate points indicating points on the ground that respectively correspond to the plurality of virtual points. The analysis device, using an algorithm that simplifies the features of a broken line formed by sequentially connecting the plurality of ridge candidate points, eliminates one or more ridge candidate points from among the plurality of ridge candidate points. The analysis device calculates a reception sensitivity at a position corresponding to each of a plurality of ridge candidate points other than the one or more ridge candidate points that have been eliminated, in order of decreasing distance of the ridge candidate points from the reference point, and determines, from among the ridge candidate points of which the reception sensitivity calculated at the corresponding position satisfies a reference reception sensitivity, the ridge candidate point that is the farthest from the reference point, as a radio wave reception point.
