Abstract:
An ankle-bending exercise apparatus is disclosed. The ankle-bending exercise apparatus according to the present invention allows ankle-bending exercise to be performed while sitting with extended knees, allows the height of the front end of a foot board to be lowered while the foot board, which has been vertically set, rotates around a rotational axis, when a user sitting with extended knees puts the soles on the foot board and pulls a handle toward the user in order to bend the ankles, and has a sliding board coupled to the side of the foot board with which the soles make contact, so that the feet can freely move regardless of changes in the front end height of the foot board in order to adjust the difference in movement directions of the foot board and the feet with respect to each other, when a line segment connecting the ankle bone and the tips of the toes is perpendicular to the ground and the height of the tips of the toes reaches the highest point while the feet of which the soles are in contact with the foot board rotate around the ankle bone such that the feet are bent toward the user.
