Abstract:
The present invention relates to an anode for a process for producing ozone by means of the electrolysis of water, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof, an ozone generating system, and a tooth rinser. The anode comprises a titanium substrate and a composite oxide layer adhered to the surface of the titanium substrate. The material of the composite oxide layer comprises a metal oxide. Metal elements in the metal oxide include tin, ruthenium, manganese, titanium and nickel. The molar ratio of the tin, ruthenium, manganese, titanium and nickel is (200-500) : (2.5-20) : 1 : (1.5-7) : (5-15). The anode of the present invention has a special composite oxide layer, and is capable of stably and controllably outputting ozone water at an ozone concentration of 0.1-0.6 mg/L when used in a process for producing ozone by means of the electrolysis of water.
