Provided in the embodiments of the present application are an antenna apparatus and a communication device. The antenna apparatus comprises a reflector, a radiation unit and a feed network, wherein the radiation unit is arranged on the reflector; the radiation unit comprises a balun and at least two radiation arms, the balun comprising a first feed layer, a common ground layer and a second feed layer, which are sequentially arranged; and the feed network comprises a phase shifter, the phase shifter comprising a feed member. One end of the common ground layer is electrically connected to one of the radiation arms, and the other end of the common ground layer is electrically connected to the reflector, or the other end of the common ground layer is suspended above the reflector; and one end of the first feed layer and one end of the second feed layer are electrically connected to the other radiation arm, the other end of the first feed layer is electrically connected to the feed member, and the feed member and the first feed layer are integrated into one piece. Therefore, the connection procedure between the phase shifter of the feed network and the balun of the radiation unit is simplified, thereby improving the assembly efficiency of the antenna apparatus.
